DT Shiraz, Cabernet, Mourvèdre 2017

This medium brick red coloured wine displays all the varietals of Shiraz, Cabernet and Mourvèdre. The complex aromas display the strawberry fruits from the Mourvèdre, slight herbaceous characters from Cabernet, along with pepper and liquorice notes of the Shiraz. The medium bodied palate has the complexity from all three varietals, with fresh lively fruit and tannins with a hint of Oak, finishing soft and savoury.
A great accompaniment to any Mediterranean dish
