Daltem Shiraz is full bodied, fresh and luscious on the palate. Its long lingering after taste shows a generous creamy mid palate of satsuma plum with well-integrated tannins.
The vibrant dark rich red colour has intense purple hues, which add to the aroma of soft vanillin oak, fresh berry fruits of sweet raspberry and dark plum.
